Citrix Presentation Server Client For 64-bit Windows 7 Rating: 6,6/10 2902votes

I just bought a Dell Studio XPS 8100 with Windows Home Premium 64 bit. My work uses Citrix metaframe to share Microsoft office apps through the coporate server. When I try to open an app the connection times out with out. Blob Eat Blob Games. I have two other computers that are older at home that can connect no problem so I know it isn't the connection. I had coporate IT try it and they think something is blocking it like windows fire wall though it shows being off and I even tried to connect with it disabled and it still doesn't. The citrix site didn't have any answers so I thought I would try here.

Citrix Presentation Server Client For 64-bit Windows 7

Citrix Systems has released a 64-bit version of its Presentation Server 4.0 product, which allows users to run 64- and 32-bit applications on a server. I'm having a problem connecting to a Metaframe Presentation Server. Citrix; Windows Server.

Any help would be great. Here's what I had to do.

Uninstall the Client you installed and reboot 2. Go to Control Panel 3. Select 'Turn Windows features on or off 4. Select the.NET you find in the window that opened up 5. Press 'OK', exit Control Panel and reboot. Now install the Client.

I did not install the new Client because after further investigation it didn't appear to work with the MetaFrameXP. Up to you if you want to try it. Outlook is another story and I would create a separate post for that so the two separate issues aren't confused. 'KVolk95' wrote in message news:567929ad-fc71-4b58-b21d-f1abacb77e9a. Hi Gina, Yes the Metframe is I believe XP. The client was the Xenapp version 11. Mb Warband [crack V1.134] (upd 03.05.2011). 0 and I search and found the new client which is 12.0 so I installed that as well after uninstalling the first one and the same thing happens each tiime.
